Registration terms

Registration implies the compliance with the following terms and conditions.

Bébé Maestro ASBL reserves the right to make changes to the schedules, conditions, etc. temporarily or in the long term.

Article 1. Membership

Participation in activities (except those announced as open) is reserved for members of the association who are up to date with their membership fee. Any person or entity who supports the aims of the association or participates in its activities are members, hereinafter referred to as “participants”.

The participant who has regularly attended the activities during the last 12 months (the total participation fee of more than 200€) is considered as an active member. Any another participant is considered as a passive member of the association.

Participants agree to abide by the statutes and decisions made in accordance with them.

Participants are admitted on the basis of a registration form drawn up by the administration and they do not have the right to vote in the General Assembly.

The participant (or his / her legal representative) expressly agrees that the personal data provided in the registration form will be processed by the non-profit organization for the purpose of registration and insurance. The participant agrees to be automatically subscribed to the information mailing list. However, the participant may at any time contact the administration of the association to access or modify his personal data or oppose any use of it that exceeds the scope outlined above.

The decision of admission or refuse is without appeal and must not be justified by the administration.

The child who participates in the activity “child + parent” must be accompanied by an adult-representative (parent, relative, etc.).

Article 2. Enrolment fees

Participants are required to pay a fee based on the activities of the association in which they participate. The amount of the fee is fixed by the administration.

A 30% discount is given to the second child of the family in the case of enrolment in the same group for “child + parent” activities (100% if the child is under 9 months old and not accompanied by a second parent).

A 10% discount is given to the second child of the family in the case of enrolment in different groups as well as enrolment in the same group for activities “without parents”.

Any reduction is granted if the fee for a child is higher than 110 €. The discount applies to the lowest fee and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Article 3. Payment

Unless otherwise specified, participants, after having been accepted by the administration, must pay the fee within 10 days of the confirmation of enrolment and always before the first session of participation.

All payments are made by bank transfer addressed to “Bébé Maestro ASBL” on the account BE25 7310 1893 5482 (BIC: KREDBEBB).

Article 4. Cancellation

In case of cancellation of registration to the courses:

  • a voucher (valid for one year from the date of issue) may be established on request according to the remaining number of courses, minus 25€ for administrative costs.
  • no refund will be granted, except in exceptional circumstances duly justified (moving, divorce, loss of employment, serious illness, etc.).
    In this case the refund can be made according to the remaining number of courses, minus 50€ for administrative costs.

Only the cancellation of the activities by Bébé Maestro ASBL (except for reasons of covid-19, see Article 10.) gives the right to a refund according to the number of cancelled activities.

Article 5. Make-up session

The participant retains the possibility of making up a missed class only if the administration has been notified at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the missed class will not be accounted for.

The make-up sessions are defined jointly by the administration and the participant according to the availability in other sessions. Except in the case of serious illness, the make-up sessions take place during the same registration period.

Article 6. Birthday party

Reservation

  • Any reservation fees are due in advance.
  • A deposit of 100€ is required to confirm the reservation.
  • A supplement of 20€ is required for a non-member or passive member.

Change

  • In the case of any changes more than 14 days before the date of the party, there is no extra charge.
  • In case of any changes less than 14 days before the date of the party, an administrative cost of 50€ is required.

Cancellation

  • In case of a cancellation more than 21 days before the date of the party, there is no extra charge.
  • In case of a cancellation more than 14 days before the date of the party, an administrative cost of 50€ is required.
  • In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of the party, an administrative cost of 100€ is required.

Article 7. Stage

Change

  • In the case of any changes more than 14 days before the stage start date, there is no extra charge.
  • In case of any changes less than 14 days before the stage start date an administrative cost of 25€ is required.

Cancellation

  • In case of a cancellation more than 21 days before the stage start date, there is no extra charge.
  • In case of a cancellation more than 14 days before the stage start date, an administrative cost of 25€ is required.
  • In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the stage start date, an administrative cost of 50€ is required.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the start of the stage.

Article 8. Confidentiality of data

Bébé Maestro ASBL collects and processes the data when a participant registers or is interested in the activities of the association. This data includes: last name, first name, phone number, date of birth, email and postal address.

Bébé Maestro ASBL collects personal data to manage, bill and follow up on the activities. The use of this data is necessary for the functioning of its services/activities. However, the database will not be used for any other purposes nor will it be transmitted to third parties without the explicit prior consent of the participant.

Bébé Maestro ASBL may also use this data to send information and/or promotional emails to participants. The processing of the data is then based on a legitimate interest in informing the participants and expanding the activities of the association. However it is possible to unsubscribe to the information emails at any time.

The personal data collected is kept for the period strictly necessary for the management of the relationship between the participant and the association establishing a right or a contract.

Bébé Maestro ASBL may take pictures of participants during its activities. Unless expressly prohibited, the participant allows the use and dissemination of photos for all promotions of the organization: website, facebook page, flyers, etc.

The participant may oppose any kind of processing of personal data for legitimate reasons by contacting the organization at any time by email to info@bebemaestro.com.

Article 9. Insurance

Bébé Maestro ASBL is insured in civil liability with the insurance company AXA for accidents occurring to children in the context of activities organized by the ASBL (classes, workshops, events, etc.). The price of this insurance is included in the enrolment fee.

Article 10. Responsibility

The adult accompanying a child participating in the activity is fully responsible for the child during the activity. Parents are strongly advised to take out an insurance that includes civil liability and individual accident coverage.

The association declines any responsibility in case of loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the activity.

Article 11. COVID-19

In case of cancellation of the activities because of Covid-19, following the ministerial decrees of 19/03/2020 (read here) and of 19/03/2020 (read here) Bébé Maestro ASBL  issues a voucher valid for 24 months instead of a refund.
